We pride ourselves on delivering great service, great food, and a consistently great guest experience. \n\n We are now looking for a hands-on, accountable Kitchen Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of our kitchen in Basingstoke. \n\n Role Overview \n\n As Kitchen Manager, you will have full responsibility for all aspects of the kitchen operation. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will manage standards, people, stock, training, and service — particularly during busy trading periods. \n\n You will lead from the front, ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently, safely, and to company standards at all times. \n\n Key Responsibilities \n\n\n\t • Take full ownership of the kitchen operation, ensuring smooth, efficient service across all trading periods\n\t, • Prepare and cook menu items consistently to Superbowl UK standards\n\t, • Train, develop, and manage the kitchen team, including new starters and ongoing skill development\n\t, • Plan for and manage busy service periods, ensuring speed, quality, and organisation are maintained\n\t, • Manage all stock control, including ordering, deliveries, stock rotation, and waste management\n\t, • Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards at all times\n\t, • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and food safety requirements\n\t, • Monitor food quality, portion control, presentation, and consistency\n\t, • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment\n\t, • Support rota planning and labour control where required\n\t, • Must be 18 years or older\n\t, • Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a kitchen environment\n\t, • Strong understanding of food hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen best practice\n\t, • Confident leading a small team and holding standards\n\t, • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment\n\t, • Organised, reliable, and proactive, with strong attention to detail\n\t, • Starting salary of £13.50 per hour\n\t, • Full training and ongoing development\n\t, • Clear opportunities for progression within Superbowl UK\n\t, • A fun, energetic, and supportive working environment\n\t, • Staff perks and discounts\n\n\n
