Your new company \nLocation: Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid - 1 day WFH) \nSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) + bonus \nContract: Full-time, Permanent\nAn established, privately owned property business is seeking a Utilities Assistant to take ownership of the utilities function across a commercial property portfolio.
