Job description As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of product development, manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will guide our teams in maintaining the highest standards of food safety, legality and quality, while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with products such as cured meats, sauces, dips, or antipasti is beneficial. ● Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control processes, and product development. ● Experience with HACCP, BRC, or other food safety certifications. ● Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross- functional teams. ● Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality. ● Hungarian / English speaker ● Occasional travel to manufacturing sites in Hungary will be required.
