Job Description JOB SUMMARYThe TA Systems Analyst (Talent Acquisition Systems & Process) is responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition systems, including SmartRecruiters, Workday, and Clickboarding. This role partners with recruiters, hiring leaders, and TA Operations to design scalable workflows, enhance system functionality, and improve end-to-end recruiting processes. The role also supports and leads project-based initiatives such as system enhancements, integrations, and implementations aligned with the TA technology roadmap. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Administer and maintain TA systems including SmartRecruiters, Workday (Recruiting/Onboarding), and Clickboarding, • Configure workflows, templates, forms, automation rules, user roles, and permissions, • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution, • Ensure systems comply with global standards and governance requirements, • Design and optimize end-to-end recruiting workflows across systems, • Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations, • Partner with TA, HR, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency and candidate experience, • Identify and implement automation opportunities including AI tools and integrations, • Evaluate and recommend system enhancements and new capabilities, • Monitor system usage and adoption; provide data-driven improvement recommendations, • Maintain documentation for workflows, configurations, and SOPs, • Support and lead TA technology projects including requirements gathering, timeline tracking, and stakeholder communication, • Coordinate testing (UAT) and support deployment activities, • Collaborate with HRIS, IT, vendors, and TA leadership on system initiatives, • Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, • Assist with reporting, data integrity, and dashboard validation (as needed) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, • 5+ years of experience in TA Operations, HRIS, or Recruiting Systems, • Hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters (configuration and administration), • Experience with Workday (Recruiting and/or HCM workflows), • Experience with Clickboarding or similar onboarding tools, • Strong experience configuring workflows, templates, and automation, • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes, • Ability to translate business needs into technical/system solutions, • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • High attention to detail and data accuracy PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, • Experience supporting ATS implementations or system migrations, • Exposure to AI-enabled recruiting tools (e.g., matching, screening, chatbots), • Familiarity with global recruiting operations and compliance, • Experience integrating ATS, HCM, and onboarding platforms, • Experience working with reporting and analytics tools EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field OR equivalent experience Education: Bachelors Degree Company DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
