Scooper Position Summary: Bruster’s Scoopers are the face of our organization, proudly creating and serving our premium ice cream treats and toppings with exceptional customer service. Scoopers make it a goal to serve the ordered ice cream as fast as possible with accuracy and artistic presentation, delighting each guest! Scooper Responsibilities: Make increased ice cream consumption the goal of each shift. Prepare and complete customer orders in a timely manner. Accurately maintain cash drawer and ring up customer orders. Maintain welcome areas to always be set and ready to go. Offer a sincere, personal welcome to every guest entering the restaurant. Follow all health and safety guidelines and work with team members to ensure work area is clean and sanitary throughout. Perform cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, cleaning of food prep areas, trash removal and restroom cleaning. Prudent in adhering to work schedule - Job responsibilities require long periods of standing. Scooper Requirements: Previous restaurant experience preferred.
