Job Description We are seeking an inspiring and creative Baker and Leader for our scratch made Independent Grocer Bakery Department! Come join our Family Owned and Operated Team! Position Summary: Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Bakery Department and its Associates. Creatively and positively motivate the team to achieve the department’s goals. Including but not limited to Sales, Gross Profit, Associate Engagement, and a positive Customer Experience. Follow and enforce all standard operating policies and procedures with Bakery Associates.
