Position Summary The General Manager will oversee daily operations of one of maman’s café locations, ensuring exceptional hospitality, operational efficiency, and team engagement. Shift Lead Position Description: This role will be the primary manager of the store during each scheduled shift, where you will be responsible for managing each shifts team of Bakers in exceeding Crumbl's already high minimum standards of excellence in Quality, Customer Service, and Cleanliness. You will be responsible for leading the team to complete all production goals and other assigned tasks on each shift.
