Job Description Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper With Admin Support to join our team! This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys working with numbers, improving processes, and supporting a small team environment. You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. Responsibilities: • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records (A/P, A/R, general ledger entries.), • Compute and record numerical data, process invoices, vendor bills, CC statements, and expense reports., • Check the accuracy of business transactions to ensure timely payments and collections, • Perform data entry and administrative duties, • Perform monthly bank and CC reconciliations, • Assist with payroll preparation and submission (in accordance with HR/payroll provider, • Generate financial reports ( balance sheet, income statement, cash flow summary, monthly P&L), • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year end tax preparation, • Answer phones, route inquiries, and support general office communication, • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for financial and company records, • Order office supplies, run errands, and coordinate with vendors when necessary, • Assist with scheduling, meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing basic correspondence, • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields, • Fundamental knowledge of Quickbooks Online preferred, • Ability to prioritize and multitask, • Strong organizational skills, • Deadline and detail-oriented, • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general office technology, • Experience supporting administrative or office coordination tasks, • Familiarity with manufacturing, service-based, or small business environments, • Highly organized and deadline driven, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Able to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality, • Capable of working individually or as a team, • Competitive salary, • PTO and Paid Holidays, • Professional development opportunities, • Supportive, collaborative team environment
