Job Description Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer, PE to join our Municipal team in our Mankato office. What You Will Be Doing: • Responsible for the management planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel, both design and construction, • Work closely with Project Managers in understanding client needs and expectations., • Review and/or prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies, • Read and interpret engineering plans, specifications and reports, • Provides technical advice regarding design, construction or modification and repairs to clients, contractors and other staff members, • May assist with business development activities (client needs, research, proposals, etc.), • Coordinate construction administration and monitor documentation requirements with field staff What We Are Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university, • Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota, • 4+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructure preferred, • Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration, • AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency, • Knowledge of MnDOT requirements Salary Range: $68,000 - $120,000 depending on years of experience and credentials Bolton & Menk is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to specific geographic location.
