Job Purpose Performs custodial/janitorial work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality by performing cleaning-related tasks. Reports hazardous or maintenance related conditions to property manager. Duties & Responsibilities • Supervise and train the work of the cleaning staff in the building., • Designate shift and area work assignments., • Manage employee relations and performance issues quickly and appropriately.
