Afterhours Palliative Care RN - Advanced Illness Management

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Afterhours Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Advanced Illness Management (AIM) team in Canonsburg, PA. In this vital palliative care role, you’ll provide after hours clinical support to patients and families facing serious illness—through phone triage, in-person visits, or virtual interventions. This is an On Call After Hours position - 7 days on/7 days off. 5pm-8am during the week, and 5pm Friday through 8am Monday.
