Job Description: Provides intelligence and cyber threat forensic analysis reports and recommendations and acquisition support to Air Force acquisition community customers while serving within an FBI-led National Counterintelligence Joint Task Force (NCIJTF) in Northern Virginia. The analyst supports Air Force acquisition activities and federal law enforcement counterintelligence operations by assisting with threat analysis, mission and duty identifier development, acquisition coordination, and interagency collaboration. This role requires a blended understanding of federal law enforcement and counterintelligence data architectures and data management, intelligence production processes, and Air Force Program Executive Officer portfolio structures. Responsibilities: The analyst provides intelligence, acquisition, and operational support to an FBI-led counterintelligence and law enforcement mission. Responsibilities include assisting with indications & warning indicator development and monitoring, threat identification, intelligence research and analysis, intelligence production and reporting, and support to counterintelligence activities in coordination with federal law enforcement partners. The analyst directly supports acquisition programs and requirements-related requests for information by tracking mission needs, assisting with analysis and documentation, and coordinating with program and account stakeholders. The role requires regular interaction with interagency partners and supports day-to-day task force operations in a classified environment. The analyst prepares briefings and written products for government leadership, assists with mission and duty identifier development, and ensures compliance with applicable security, policy, and procedural requirements. Duties: • Provide intelligence, counterintelligence, and operational support to an Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Acquisition Intelligence and FBI-led law enforcement mission, including research, analysis, and reporting related to threat activity., • Develop and maintain analytical frameworks., • Demonstrate expert understanding of the roles, missions, and authorities of DoD and Federal CI and LE agencies as these relate to cyber threat identification, analysis, and mitigation., • Deconstruct and analyze hardware and software supply chains and assess how threats to system components or supporting software translate into risks to overarching capabilities., • Deliver comprehensive cyber threat forensic and intelligence analysis, indications & warning (I&W), and production management expertise., • Develop, refine, monitor, and deliver cyber threat Indications & Warning (I&W) for designated acquisition programs and activities within supported portfolios., • Conduct analytical research using a variety of tools and data sources, including databases and automated analytical systems, to support mission objectives., • Coordinate with data owners across the Federal law enforcement and counterintelligence communities for integration of data into intelligence products., • Prepare, develop and present intelligence reports, briefings, and written products with clarity and accuracy., • Support acquisition and project-related activities, including requirements tracking, documentation development, and coordination across stakeholders., • Assist customers in clarifying mission needs, objectives, and deliverables, and support tracking of progress against established timelines., • Support the development and maintenance of mission requirements, duty identifiers, and capability documentation., • Coordinate and communicate with interagency partners, law enforcement personnel, and program stakeholders to support mission execution., • Assist with the integration of intelligence products into Air Force acquisition decision processes including programmatic and technical risk management, consistent with Department of Defense risk, issue, and opportunity management practices., • Track action items, risks, and issues related to mission and acquisition activities and support mitigation efforts., • Support meetings, working groups, and acquisition or mission status reviews, including preparation of materials and documentation., • Maintain accurate and complete project, acquisition, and intelligence documentation in accordance with security and compliance requirements., • Support invoice review, spend plan tracking, and deliverable management as part of contract and acquisition execution., • Utilize Microsoft Office and related tools to develop reports, track data, and support day-to-day mission and acquisition activities., • 10+ years of intelligence analysis work experience in the US Intelligence Community (IC) writing raw and/or tactical intelligence products., • Experience and/or familiarity with intelligence requirements and processes., • Internship, academic, or hands-on experience may be considered in lieu of direct work experience., • Must be well versed in Executive Orders and DoD policies on the use of US Person Information consistent with a mission delegation and in the context of intelligence, counterintelligence, and law enforcement authorities., • Experience and/or familiarity with the development and maintenance of common operating pictures on classified IT systems., • Proven ability to manage federal projects from initiation through completion., • Experience supporting acquisition lifecycle activities, including drafting SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, and technical evaluations., • Familiarity with federal procurement processes and performance tracking (cost, schedule, deliverables)., • Experience supporting CORs and KOs in acquisition performance oversight., • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills., • Apply prior professional, internship, or academic experience to support role responsibilities., • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed., • Maintain accurate records, files, and system data in accordance with company standards., • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and preparation of materials or Certifications are a plus (FAC-C, DAWIA, CFMC, etc.) Salary at ISA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The salary range for this position varies dependent on years of experience, relevant certifications and education. Salary is just one component of ISA's total compensation package for employees.
