The workspace is climate-controlled with moderate noise levels typical of administrative operations. The employee will regularly use office equipment such as computers, printers, telephones, and scanners., • The position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while performing data entry, reviewing documents, and communicating via email or phone., • Frequent use of hands and fingers is required to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Tasks involve repetitive motion and fine motor skills for typing, filing, and handling paperwork., • Must have sufficient visual acuity to read printed materials and digital screens, including spreadsheets and detailed reports. Adequate hearing is necessary to participate in meetings, answer phone calls, and communicate effectively with team members and external contacts., • Occasional walking, standing, bending, and reaching may be required to retrieve files, access office supplies, or attend meetings within the building., • May occasionally need to lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds, such as boxes of documents, office supplies, or small equipment., • This position typically follows standard business hours, but may occasionally require extended hours during payroll cycles, audits, or deadlines., • The role demands a high level of concentration and discretion due to the sensitive nature of payroll and employee data.
