JOB SUMMARY Responsible for directing the entire maintenance operation of the golf course and associated grounds including maintenance equipment, irrigation system, and facility maintenance. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Supervises the entire operation of the maintenance center and facility complex including the operation of the equipment repair shop. Supervises the ordering of materials and supplies, and records daily maintenance activities., • Hire, train, schedule and develop maintenance personnel including assistant superintendents, equipment technicians, equipment operators and other grounds maintenance staff. Monitors the scheduling of all maintenance operations and directs the work of the staff team members within the department., • Directs and implements the policies and procedures established by the Landscapes Management Company., • Implements and oversees the golf course operations safety program. Develops and monitors all regulatory compliance programs to include Hazardous Communication, GHS Safety Data Sheets, and all other associated rules and regulations., • Develops programs and directs the application of fertilizers and plant protecting pesticides. Monitors the record keeping of the applications and adjusts programs as required. Obtains and upholds pesticide and/or fertilizer license., • Ensures all Human Resources, payroll, administrative and reporting requirements set by the Company are completed timely and accurately., • Gathers, processes and submits completed employee information and time records for payroll processing on time., • Maintains membership in the GCSAA and other professional organizations, both state and local. Attends seminars, workshops, and conferences to stay abreast of current industry events and information., • Develops and monitors the annual maintenance operating budget within the appropriate calendar. Job Description Overview Since inception in 2004, BI Incorporated has operated ISAP for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO). ISAP is an essential part of ERO, providing intensive supervision of individuals in immigration proceedings. The program achieves positive results by combining comprehensive case management with proven supervision technology. In addition, BI maintains an extensive list of community-based partners to provide critical assistance for participants' basic life needs. Responsibilities Summary: The Government Site Specialist provides case management of Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) participants from entry to release by administering the program’s policies and procedures as defined by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract. This position is operating independently at a government site without a Program Manager on site. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • The Government Site Specialist works independently to manage all aspects of case management within the program requirements., • Develops, implements, coordinates, reviews and updates case management and service plans for ISAP participants in conformance with state and federal regulations and program requirements., • The Government Site Specialist meets with participants regularly as required by contractual obligations., • Develops and maintains accurate and complete case records for all ISAP participants from entry to release from ISAP.
