Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager works closely with marketing, operations, and production to align promotions, lead generation, and execution in the field. The Sales Manager uses performance data and sales tools to review results, reinforce standards, and drive continuous improvement across the team. Work hours will generally align with standard business hours, with flexibility required based on the needs of the sales team and customer appointment schedules.
