Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Amherst, New York. Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations., • Answer incoming calls and address client inquiries with a warm and approachable demeanor., • Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized records and documentation., • Manage receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately., • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members., • Utilize Microsoft Office software to create reports, presentations, and correspondence., • Maintain a business casual appearance while representing the company., • Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met., • Uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information., • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.• Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred., • Proficiency in Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook., • Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle client and team interactions effectively., • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail., • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities., • Comfortable working in an in-office setting with a business casual dress code., • Open to recent graduates who demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn., • All candidates are required to undergo a background screening prior to starting.
