The Receptionist / Office Assistant is the initial representative of RAA to visitors and to individuals calling into the main switchboard. The Receptionist/ Office Assistant is responsible for ensuring the switchboard is opened from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Greeting all visitors and registering visitors, answering incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate staff, maintaining schedules for conference rooms, and providing general office support to the Administrative Department are areas of responsibility for this position.
