Our Sales Operations team plays a critical role in supporting the sales cycle, ensuring accurate quoting, efficient order processing, and data integrity across our systems. Position Overview The Sales Operations Specialist supports the sales team by managing quoting, tracking opportunities, and ensuring data accuracy across key business systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with government procurement processes. Additionally, this position provides insight into process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy over time. Key Responsibilities Quoting & Sales Support • Generate and manage accurate, compliant quotes in Contraqer, ensuring alignment with vendor pricing and contract terms., • Work with distributors and OEMs to obtain pricing, special bids, and deal registrations., • Submit and track deal registrations through vendor portals, ensuring approvals and discounts are properly applied., • Ensure quotes adhere to contract vehicles (IDIQs, GWACs, SEWP, etc.) and federal procurement guidelines., • Maintain and update opportunities in NetSuite, ensuring pipeline accuracy., • Track and monitor RFQs in Govly, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation., • Ensure seamless handoff from quote to order processing, working closely with internal teams., • Ensure data accuracy across NetSuite, Contraqer, and Govly, maintaining system integrity., • Perform regular data validation checks to ensure quote-to-order consistency., • Support reporting needs related to sales pipeline, quoting activity, and operational performance., • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Quoting, or Sales Support, ideally in a VAR, IT reseller, or government contracting environment., • Familiarity with federal procurement, contract vehicles, and distributor/OEM pricing models., • Experience with deal registration processes and vendor portals (e.g., Cisco, Dell, HPE, etc.)., • Proficiency in NetSuite (or similar ERP), Contraqer, and RFQ tracking tools like Govly is a plus., • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data entry., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment., • Experience working with government-focused distributors (Ingram, Tech Data, Carahsoft, etc.)., • Understanding of quoting processes within federal contract frameworks., • Work with a fast-growing leader in federal technology solutions., • Gain hands-on experience in sales operations within the government sector., • Be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that values accuracy and efficiency.Company DescriptionSwish is a customer-centric, specialized integrator with an engineering first culture.
