THE ROLE PSCG is seeking an experienced federal Deputy Project Manager to assist with order execution across our active and pipeline disaster response engagements, with initial focus on task orders flowing from our current prime contract relationship and follow-on disaster response opportunities. The Deputy Project Manager serves as PSCG's single point of accountability to prime contractors for task order delivery. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own end-to-end task order execution, including staffing, schedule, budget, risk, and deliverables., • Serve as PSCG's primary interface with prime contractor program management teams., • Lead weekly task order status reviews with prime contractor counterparts., • Ensure full FAR, DFARS, and prime-contract flow-down compliance across all task order activity., • Manage PSCG principals and bench consultants assigned to task orders you lead., • Review and approve all invoices, deliverables, and correspondence under your task orders., • Drive proposal capture and pricing for task order responses in coordination with PSCG leadership., • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent — relevant field, • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive program or operations management experience, • Prior experience supporting federal disaster recovery, FEMA Public Assistance, USACE, or DHS operations preferred, • Demonstrated knowledge of CNMI government structure, local regulatory environment, and business community, • Established relationships with CNMI contractors, vendors, and local government officials, • Proficiency in subcontractor management, reporting, and federal contract compliance, • Active U.S. Secret clearance., • FAC-C Level II or DAWIA equivalent certification., • Prior experience with FEMA PA-TAC, USACE ACI, or equivalent disaster response contract vehicles., • Experience working with Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses., • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus structure tied to task order margin and utilization., • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance., • 401(k) with company match after vesting period., • Flexible hybrid work arrangement., • Professional development budget, including certification maintenance., • Engagement under PSCG Master Independent Consultant Agreement.
