Position Overview We are looking for a professional and proactive Office Coordinator to manage the front desk and provide high level support as needed to our team, including scheduling department meetings, ordering supplies, sending mail/fedexes, greeting guests, and organizing the kitchen. Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities The Office Coordinator is an in-office position, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. This position will report to Director of People & Talent.
