Job DescriptionCleanroom Manufacturing TechnicianWhat You’ll Do • Operate manual and computer‑controlled equipment to support wafer and optical component processing., • Set up tools, load wafers, and monitor cleanroom machinery to ensure smooth, accurate production., • Work collaboratively with team members to complete photolithography, etch, cleaning, and metrology steps., • Enter production data, track performance in software systems, and make minor adjustments during runs., • Identify basic quality issues and follow established quality procedures and documentation guidelines., • Maintain a clean, safe, and contamination‑free work area within the cleanroom., • Multitask and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.What You Bring, • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)., • Experience with microscopes or electronics assembly is a plus., • Strong attention to detail and comfort learning complex equipment., • Good manual dexterity; ability to sit or stand for 3–5 hours at a time., • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast‑paced environment., • High school diploma or GED required.Preferred (Not Required), • Previous cleanroom or semiconductor manufacturing experience., • Familiarity with cleanroom software systems or process‑control tools., • Mechanical aptitude and interest in technical production environments.Why You’ll Love Working Here, • Excellent benefits package, • Up to 6% 401(k) company match, • 7% annual bonus tied to company performance, • Company pays half of your medical deductible, • Modern, climate‑controlled cleanroom facility, • Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork, • Clear pathways for advancement as the company continues to grow Shifts: • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12 hours, 5% shift differential) This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
