Job Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator Assistant to support ongoing projects, customer requests, and day-to-day operational workflows. This role is essential in facilitating smooth communication across departments, ensuring accurate documentation, and assisting with branded customer kit coordination. The Project Coordinator Assistant will work closely with internal teams—including Marketing—as well as directly with customers to ensure all materials, logos, and specifications meet expectations and are delivered on time. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers placing orders, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely processing., • Collaborate with multiple internal departments, including Marketing, to coordinate and assemble customer kits with proper branding, logos, and materials., • Partner with the Marketing team to confirm specifications for custom-branded kits, ensuring quality, accuracy, and seamless delivery., • Generate, maintain, and analyze reports to monitor performance, deadlines, and project deliverables., • Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for data tracking, reporting, and project coordination tasks., • Support project timelines by identifying potential bottlenecks, communicating concerns, and escalating issues when needed., • Maintain organized documentation and records to support audits, reviews, and reporting requirements., • Assist with additional administrative, coordination, and operational tasks assigned to the Project Coordinator Assistant role. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator Assistant, project coordinator, administrative professional, or in an operations support role preferred., • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting) required., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams effectively., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail., • Customer service experience with the ability to support order intake, fulfillment processes, and customer-branded projects., • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.Company DescriptionHIRE CONNECTIONS serves primarily the greater Denver Metro area.
