Job Description Job Title: Site Coordinator – North America Reports to: Regional Field Service Supervisor Classification: Non-Exempt Summary: This position acts as the key liaison between customer, management and on-site assigned service personnel regarding installation, maintenance, repair, testing and/or customer training issues. This position will take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution in a timely manner; operate independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously. The Site Coordinator performs in a dynamic and challenging environment with drive and creativity. Position Overview GHHI seeks a full time Director of Housing Intervention Services to oversee the expanding operations of its housing weatherization, lead paint hazard remediation, Aging in Place (senior), housing rehabilitation, solar panel installation and health and safety housing intervention services. The Director of Housing Intervention Services oversees all aspects of the Housing Intervention Services Division in completing housing intervention work and coordination to achieve contract benchmarks while delivering a consistently high quality product for clients. In alignment with GHHI’s mission, contract and grant requirements, the Director of Housing Intervention Services is a rewarding and key position in the organization that produces housing interventions that make homes safer and more energy efficient for low-income children, families and seniors in Maryland with a focus on the Baltimore region. The Director of Housing Intervention Services oversees an experienced staff and in-house contractor crew as well as multiple subcontractors. Job Description General Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Regional Manager, Hospital Services (HS), or approved designee, and in accordance with established procedures, the Hospital Donation Coordinator 2 (HDC 2) is responsible for improving the hospital’s donation performance by assessing hospital donation outcomes, developing professional relationships with key contacts, and analyzing data to improve processes. To accomplish this, the HDC 2 will be assigned to hospitals by the Regional Manager with frequent travel to those select hospitals. This position is responsible for tracking all deliverables from the pre-con and construction team and schedule them within the available resources of the detailing team appropriately. This position is also responsible for the document control of all incoming and outgoing deliverables and contract documents utilizing Autodesk Vault and other storage mediums. Primary Responsibilities/Functions • Develop, document and implement detailing scheduling process and best practice within the department., • Develop, implement and maintain detailing standard detailing document control processes., • Engage with 3rd party partners such as Autodesk and Partner organizations to source training, implement productivity as it related to the Vault document control medium.
