SUMMARY: The Project Coordinator will own aerospace and defense manufacturing projects by ensuring seamless communication, timely execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This role focuses on scheduling, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation to meet project timelines and compliance standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and files utilizing various desktop software programs., • Generates, formats, analyzes, and edits reports as required., • Supports the program manager with the maintenance of project documentation and deliverables., • Acts as scribe in project meetings and publishes meeting minutes as required., • Tracks resources related to project activities/tasks., • Schedules and tracks meetings as required., • Monitors budget adherence and identifies trends or issues that may jeopardize programs., • Assists in the preparation of the program budget and tracking, reporting, and monitoring of actual project expenditures., • Communicates project needs and escalates to appropriate stakeholders., • Demonstrates good presentation skills and projects credibility and poise., • May facilitate meetings in place of program manager as needed., • Compliance of company standards, • Prepare and provide programmatic reports as required., • Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. Four (4) years manufacturing industry experience. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers. Ability to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Authorization to work in the United States.
