The impact you'll make in this role: You'll play a key role in shaping and advancing our Loss Mitigation strategy through rigorous analytics across credit, product, and operations—grounded in a sensitive and sensible approach that puts our customers at the center. As a Business Analyst on the Collections & Recoveries team, you will: • Package quantitative and qualitative insights into clear, concise business cases to influence leadership and drive real outcomes., • Leverage a combination of data, technology and customer-back thinking to deliver key initiatives that enable our customers and our business to succeed., • Work closely with partners across Product, Credit, Finance, Engineering and Operations to understand the current state and identify opportunities to improve economics, customer experience, risk, and efficiency., • Continuously analyze current business and operational data and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
