Ecosystems Partnerships Operations Manager Lantern is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecosystem Partnerships Operations Manager to join Lantern's Partnerships team. This role will support the growth and success of our partner ecosystem by driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed effectively. The ideal candidate is passionate about building strong relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a mix of project management expertise, technical & analytical skills, and knowledge of the healthcare and benefits ecosystem. Location: Remote | USA Responsibilities: • Ecosystem Relationship Management, • Work closely with the VP, Ecosystem Partnerships to cultivate and manage relationships with operational leads at Tier 1 ecosystem partners to improve and streamline processes such as data transfers, reporting, account reviews and approvals, implementations, etc., • Lead relationship management and serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 2–3 ecosystem partners., • Build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders., • Project & Process Management, • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of partnership projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business needs, ensuring communication and tracking across relevant stakeholders., • Serve as project manager for IT and systems development that support partnership initiatives., • Track deliverables, dependencies, and timelines across both internal and partner teams to ensure smooth execution., • Coordinate testing, troubleshooting and validation of integrations prior to launch., • Monitor risks and escalate issues proactively to keep projects on track., • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and ensure they are communicated across relevant teams., • Technical Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement, • Develop and maintain documentation for key processes & technical workflows, including data transfer protocols, file specifications and reporting structures., • Identify opportunities to improve integration efficiency, scalability and reliability across internal and external partnerships., • Client Implementation Support, • Partner with Sales, Implementation, and Client Success teams to support onboarding of new clients that leverage ecosystem partnerships., • Ensure partnership requirements are built into client implementation timelines, processes and technical set-ups., • Data, Metrics & Reporting, • Support the tracking & management of key metrics to monitor the performance of ecosystem partners, including pipeline, referrals, ACV, and revenue., • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards that track key business metrics., • Use data-driven insights to develop business cases and drive continuous improvement., • Financial & Contract Management, • Manage partnership contracts and updates (e.g., amendments, letters of intent), ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives., • Support partner revenue share processes, billing support and referral tracking., • Ecosystem Growth & Evaluation, • Strong relationship-building skills; trusted and respected collaborator across internal and external stakeholders., • 5+ years of demonstrated success in project management, operations or implementation role, preferably in healthcare, benefits or digital health., • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, from discovery to execution., • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience turning data into actionable insights., • Familiarity with the healthcare/employee benefits ecosystem., • Proficient with tools such as Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, etc., • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; able to facilitate meetings and present to cross-functional teams and leadership., • Medical Insurance, • Dental Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • Short & Long Term Disability, • Life Insurance, • 401k with company match, • Paid Time Off, • Paid Parental Leave Lantern does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
