Job Description A premier property management company is seeking an Account Clerk to support their accounting department. This role primarily handles Customer Service duties with high volume calls to residents regarding their accounts and outstanding balances along with data entry. The ideal candidate will have some exposure to accounting and daily bookkeeping, accounts receivable. This is a full time, temp to hire position. The starting pay is $22/hour. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5pm. Job Description A small, well established and fast-growing R&D company in Laguna Hills has an immediate need for a Temporary on-site Accountant to cover for a leave of absence that will last for at least 3 months, possibly longer. The pay-rate is $32-35/hr, possibly more based on experience. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM. The Accountant will oversee and manage the office administration, accounting and contracts management for the company. The ideal candidate is expected to have strong experience in Job Cost Accounting with a manufacturing company. Additionally, the candidate should have good communication skills, both verbally and written, and be able to interact well with staff, government contacts and vendors.
