Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION (POSITION SUMMARY) Our ERP Business Process Manager reports to the Senior Manager of Client Services. The ERP Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing client consulting business and operations functions including talent acquisition, business unit leadership, supply chain, sales enablement and marketing, services delivery, customer engagement and Profit & Loss. The ideal candidate will develop process strategies as well as plan and execute initiatives to build awareness and drive business growth for Panorama’s consulting services. What you’ll be doingAn A&A Nonprofit Manager is the liaison between the partner, the client, and the professional staff. Nonprofit Managers are responsible for managing multiple nonprofit/tax-exempt auditing and assurance projects and client engagements simultaneously, and scheduling, staffing, and coordinating engagement workflow. Managers develop and train staff, and make connections to develop new business for the firm.You will be responsible for: • Leading audit, review, and compilation engagements for nonprofit organizations, including single audits for governmentally funded entities., • Managing engagements from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with professional standards., • Serving as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and maintaining a strong understanding of their operations, funding sources, and compliance environment., • Supervising, mentoring, and reviewing the work of seniors and staff to ensure quality and support professional development., • Applying and maintaining technical expertise in nonprofit accounting and reporting, U.S. GAAS, Government Auditing Standards, and Uniform Guidance. About This Role: The Category Manager - Mechanical is responsible for developing, executing, and managing Data Center equipment initiatives for a variety of direct and indirect mechanical products. This role will have a direct and immediate impact on our ability to build and scale our data center operations. What You’ll Be Working On: * Responsible for developing, executing, and managing Data Center equipment initiatives for a variety of direct and indirect mechanical products. * Responsible for negotiating and supporting complex programs for Chillers, CRAH’s, Fan Walls, CDU’s and other Electrical equipment as needed. * Manage equipment schedules, budgets and cost to support large new Data Center construction activities. * Drive integration and development of new and existing suppliers to ensure collaboration and ease of doing business. * Lead supplier onboarding and selections based on cost analysis/lead time tied to a RFP. * Provide strategic guidance, understanding the Total Cost of Ownership to support sourcing decisions. * Develop implementation strategy, responsibility assignments, communications plans, and timelines. * Lead implementation efforts and activities for mechanical equipment categories with critical impacts to business and internal customers. * Monitor compliance against supplier agreements related to speed, scope and schedule. * Conduct a thorough spend analysis, develop methodology and metrics tools to track progress and make recommendations on improvements. * Negotiate, review, and execute implementation of contractual arrangements per company policy and business objectives. * Identify and implement system solutions and best practices that optimizes indirect sourcing and procurement work practices. * Build relationships with key suppliers and key stakeholders to support our Data Center growth. * Ensure tactical execution of purchasing activities to meet routine business needs. * Collaborate with strategic suppliers, finance, accounting and construction teams. * Other duties as assigned. The Director of Revenue Integrity & Financial Operations is a key leadership role within the organization, responsible for overseeing and optimizing both revenue cycle management and operational finance functions. The Director will oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing, collections, and credentialing, while supporting coding and payer relations, ensuring that financial operations remain accurate, compliant, and efficient. This role will focus on maximizing reimbursement, minimizing financial risk, and improving operational efficiency. Additionally, the Director will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial data modeling, working closely with the Director of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Senior leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals. The Director of Revenue Integrity & Financial Operations will be responsible for managing and developing their team of managers across multiple functions. This position will be a hybrid position with two days being located at the Independence Office and three days remote; with occasional travel required for meetings or departmental outreach. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Cycle Management: • Lead and manage all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing, collections and credentialing., • Provide leadership and direction to mid-level RCM management., • Contribute to coding and payer relations strategies., • Ensure accurate and compliant billing practices by overseeing claim submission, payment processing, and collections., • Ensure all revenue cycle operations are in compliance with relevant federal, state, and payer regulations, including HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and payer-specific guidelines., • Conduct regular audits of coding, billing, and documentation practices to identify and address discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance., • Oversee denial management processes, collaborating with billing teams to analyze, resolve, and reduce denials and rejection rates., • Contribute the development and management of operational budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure the achievement of organizational financial objectives., • Continuously assess and optimize financial systems, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce operational risks, and enhance the overall revenue cycle process., • Collaboratively be point of contact for payer-related issues, including disputes, claims denials, and reimbursement challenges while engaging leadership who also contribute to those areas., • Oversee and manage the credentialing team, processes, and ensuring timely enrollment with payers and maintaining compliance with payer requirements., • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of financial operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and cross-departmental collaboration., • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on the health of the revenue cycle, including trends, issues, and areas for improvement., • Provide ongoing education and training to internal teams (e.g., clinical staff, billing, and coding teams) on revenue integrity, coding practices, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:, • Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
