Summary: A key growth avenue for FHG is through strategic relationships, these relationships are known as Channels. The Client Relationship Director is a key leadership role at Forward Health Group (FHG), responsible for driving strategic engagement with Channel partners that result in direct revenue growth from the Channel. This role serves as a primary point of contact for strategic Channel partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and maximizing the value of these relationships. As a client-facing leader and subject matter expert, the Client Relationship Director also plays a pivotal role in advancing key client relationships. They are responsible for managing and optimizing partner relationships, prioritizing competing client initiatives, and ensuring successful implementation using FHG software platforms to drive satisfaction, high-quality outcomes, and long-term success. What Youll Do: Strategic Partner Management and Advancement (50%): • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated strategic partner projects ensuring FHG resources are appropriately allocated, and work is completed on time with high quality., • Serve as the insourced executive for designated strategic partner projects representing FHG in the strategic partnership., • Act as FHGs Subject Matter Expert for assigned strategic partners, maintaining a deep understanding of their market, programs, and business needs., • Align product offerings and engage internal teams as needed to support the partners growth in initiatives identifying opportunities to expand engagement and secure additional projects., • Cultivate and strengthen business relationships with strategic partners to align partner priorities with FHGs revenue growth., • Maintain clear and consistent communication across all FHG teams to align on strategic partner expectations, ensure deliverables meet or exceed requirements, and advocate for viable alternatives when needed., • Provide strategic direction for partner-related projects, managing resources effectively to drive successful outcomes., • Promote and drive adoption of FHG programs within strategic partner organizations while proactively identifying opportunities for new or expanded revenue streams., • Actively contribute to a positive, high-performing company culture, fostering teamwork and shared success. Client-Facing Leader for FHGs Software Platform (25%): • Serve as the primary executive liaison for FHGs clients, ensuring alignment between FHGs solutions and their business objectives., • Oversee the timely, accurate, and appropriate installation of FHGs software solution., • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, driving clients to maximize the value of the platform., • Develop broad client relationships across various roles (e.g., CFO, CEO, CMO, CIO, and physician leaders) to identify new opportunities within existing and prospective client organizations to expand FHGs market presence and revenue., • Prioritize and manage multiple client initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution., • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., CEO, Chief Growth Officer, Data & Development, Client Success) to deliver solutions that meet the clients needs., • Maintain clear, consistent communication with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and strategic goals are achieved., • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to position FHG as an industry leader., • Track partnership success metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance outcomes., • Represent FHG at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to strengthen brand credibility., • Perform other duties as assigned to support FHGs mission and strategic goals. The Know Hows: • Bachelors degree; advanced degree preferred., • 8+ years of relevant experience preferred., • Deep understanding of health care delivery systems, population health management, and health IT solutions, with the ability to align solutions with industry needs., • Experience within the healthcare industry., • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a culture of excellence among team members., • Proven ability to establish trust, develop deep strategic relationships, and build loyalty with channel stakeholders across all levels of an organization, fostering a long-term collaboration., • Ability to navigate face-paced environments, complex challenges, develop innovative solutions, adjust to evolving priorities, and drive continuous improvement with meaningful outcomes., • Ability to actively listen, interpret, and translate stakeholder feedback into actionable insights and solutions., • Excellent people and interpersonal skills with a strong team-oriented mindset to work cross-functionally and align internal teams with client needs; ability to motivate, influence, and inspire others to perform effectively., • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills to present ideas persuasively, negotiate effectively, and convey complex information clearly in order to influence stakeholders and drive engagement., • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and proactively address client needs., • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, ensuring successful execution and measurable impact., • Strong ability to identify, manage, and escalate issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution and risk mitigation., • Ability to analyze performance metrics, interpret insights, and make informed recommendations., • Strong organizational skills to effectively lead and execute multiple projects or a portfolio of initiatives to successful completion., • Willingness to travel as needed to effectively engage with clients, support partner relationships and strategic initiatives., • Proven leadership in developing and maintaining strong relationships with executives and staff across internal and external teams., • Experience leading both small and large teams to success on technically and politically complex projects., • Demonstrated ability to drive complex initiatives to successful outcomes in a collaborative, efficient, and results-oriented manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction., • Expertise in presenting complex topics and findings to diverse audiences, including both clinical and non-clinical staff., • Ability to quickly reprioritize tasks while maintaining a high level of energy, adaptability, and focus in dynamic or ambiguous environments., • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation., • Travel required +/- 40% Forward Health Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
