Outline Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to) * Organise and control directly employed and sub-contract labour. * Approve PAYE and S/C Time Sheets * Programme works to suit agreed programme. Our client is a market leading scaffolding contractor with a turnover of around £15m. The company owns several business that form part of their business, with scaffolding being the largest division. Our client now has a need for a long term Scaffolding Operations manager who will help guide their scaffolding division, where they progress with expansion. Key Responsibilities: • Responsibility for day to day management of the business operations, Site management, logistics and Yard Management o Assisting clients senior management teams in the overall planning and supervision of scaffolding projects. o Reviewing project plans with clients and ensuring the company’s programme of work fits to the project plan and variations. o Having the ultimate decision making authority for site issues relating to labour, materials, management and disputes. o Managing the organisation and movement of operatives from site to site as required by clients.
