About the role. We are looking for an experienced chef de partie to join our team. We are looking for experienced pizza chef with at least 2 years experience with wood fired oven for our Italian pizzeria The ideal candidate needs to have proven experience with Italian pizzas (and pinzas) both gas and wood fire oven. Clean the work area, drains, and machinery properly at the end of each shift. o Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
