They manage a caseload of clients, provide one-to-one support such as career guidance, CV writing, job searching, interview preparation, and workplace coaching, while also building relationships with employers to create job opportunities and arrange workplace adjustments when needed. They track client progress, maintain accurate records, and work closely with healthcare and community services to help clients achieve sustainable employment outcomes. You will be responsible for overseeing commercial activities across project lifecycles, ensuring effective cost management, contractual compliance, and successful project delivery. • Take commercial responsibility for assigned projects and work packages., • Collaborate with design, construction, and supply chain teams to monitor and control project costs., • Build and maintain productive client relationships to ensure project and business objectives are achieved., • Manage contracts, including the administration of contractual notices and correspondence., • Prepare and issue subcontract documentation., • Support the management and performance of subcontractors., • Manage applications for payment, valuations, and final accounts., • Produce accurate cost reports, budgets, forecasts, and commercial updates., • Support and mentor junior members of the commercial team., • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and commercial best practices., • Maintain awareness of industry developments through ongoing professional development., • Ensure a professional, solutions-focused approach when engaging with stakeholders., • Adhere to company procedures relating to confidentiality, governance, and compliance., • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline., • Working towards, or already holding, chartered membership of a recognised professional institution., • Experience within utilities, water, civil engineering, infrastructure, or MEICA environments., • Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts., • Excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
