Branch Manager Location: Walsall, West Midlands Contract: Full-time/Permanent Salary: Competitive + benefits About the Role We are seeking an experienced, driven, and hands-on Branch Manager to lead our local operations and support our exciting plans for continued growth. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the performance of the branch, guiding a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional levels of customer service and operational efficiency. You will also play a critical role in upholding our commitment to Quality, Health & Safety, and Sustainability, ensuring full compliance with our processes and documentation standards. Key Responsibilities • Provide strong leadership and direction to all branch functions, ensuring a positive, motivated, and high-performing team culture., • Oversee the day-to-day running of the sales office, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and effective support for the wider commercial team., • Take full accountability for adherence to all Quality, Health & Safety, and Sustainability requirements, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with company policies, and a safe working environment., • Drive branch performance through effective planning, KPI management, and continuous improvement initiatives., • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency., • Build strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders., • Prepare reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management., • Champion a culture of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus across the branch. About You • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a commercial, operational, or sales environment., • Strong understanding of operational processes, with experience managing Quality and Health & Safety compliance., • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills., • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities., • Confident decision-maker with a proactive approach to improving performance and customer satisfaction., • Financial and commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets or KPIs., • A team-oriented leader who can motivate, coach, and develop staff.
