As the Assistant Breakfast Manager, you will support the smooth operational running of our morning and lunchtime services. Working closely with the Breakfast Manager and the wider F&B leadership, you will help evolve our operations, drive morning revenue, and ensure that brand standards are not just met, but consistently exceeded. The Core Skills and Experience Required Hospitality Enthusiast: A genuine passion for the industry and the unique energy of morning service. Proven Track Record: Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader, ideally within a high-volume or 4/5-star hotel environment, ready to take the next step in management. Inspirational Leadership: Strong motivational skills with the ability to nurture, develop, and inspire a diverse team during the early hours. Sharp Presentation: Excellent personal presentation that sets the standard for the rest of the team. Operational Rigour: A solid understanding of UK Food Hygiene and Health & Safety legislation (HACCP). Thrives Under Pressure: The ability to remain calm and decisive during the "breakfast rush," meeting service deadlines and guest targets with ease. Independent Operator: Proven ability to function independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of the floor. Articulate Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective handovers and guest relations. Empowering Team Player: An enthusiastic collaborator with a flexible approach, capable of empowering the team to exceed guest expectations. Authentic Leader: A natural leader of people who is as comfortable coaching a new starter as they are managing a busy floor. You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role.
