Continuous Improvement Manager Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + benefitsLocation: Blackburn, LancashireContract: Permanent, Full-Time I am partnering with a leading advanced manufacturing organisation to appoint a Continuous Improvement Manager. This is a key hire, offering the opportunity to drive operational excellence within a highly technical and precision-led environment. About the Role Reporting into senior leadership, the Continuous Improvement Manager will take ownership of the site's improvement agenda, leading the deployment of Lean methodologies and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across all functions. This is a highly visible role, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with a clear mandate to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall business performance. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement the site-wide continuous improvement strategy, • Lead Lean transformation initiatives, driving measurable operational improvements, • Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and structured problem-solving activities, • Identify performance gaps and implement sustainable process improvements, • Partner with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality, and supply chain, • Track KPIs and report on progress against improvement objectives, • Coach and mentor teams to build internal CI capability, • Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement Candidate Profile The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in driving operational excellence within a manufacturing environment.
