Design Engineer (Electrical) – Data Centres London / European travel required We’re working in partnership with a long-standing client we’ve supported for over 5 years in building out a specialist design function to support their growing data centre portfolio across Europe. This organisation sits in a strong position within the market established and credible, yet still agile and not one of the largest global players. That balance means you’ll have visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact, rather than feeling like just another number in a large corporate structure. They are now looking to appoint a Design Engineer (Electrical) to take ownership of electrical design across complex, large-scale data centre projects, working from early development stages through to operational handover. You’ll act as a key technical authority, ensuring designs are robust, compliant, and aligned with both project requirements and customer expectations. This is a highly customer-facing role where your ability to communicate, influence, and translate complex technical concepts will be critical.
