    📍 Location: Across and anywhere in the UK 🕒 Full-time / Part-time 🏠 Care Home / Domiciliary Care ROLE OVERVIEW We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to support individuals in residential, nursing, or domiciliary care settings. You will play a key role in delivering safe, person-centred care, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing in line with CQC Fundamental Standards. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in care while making a genuine difference to people’s lives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide personal care with dignity and respect (washing, dressing, hygiene, mobility), • Support individuals to maintain independence and choice, • Follow individualised care plans and risk assessments, • Provide companionship and emotional support, • Assist with medication in line with training and policies, • Prepare meals and support with feeding where required, • Maintain accurate care records and report any changes, • Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment, • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues, • Support with light domestic tasks and daily living activities ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE) • Must have Right to work in the UK, • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply), • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written), • Compassionate, professional, and reliable attitude, • Willingness to complete mandatory training, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, • Two satisfactory references DESIRABLE (ADVANTAGEOUS, NOT ESSENTIAL) • Previous experience in a care home or domiciliary care setting, • Valid UK driving licence (for community-based roles), • Basic IT skills for care documentation, • Good organisational skills and attention to detail WHAT WE OFFER • Permanent employment with flexible working options, • Competitive pay rates, • Full training and ongoing support, • Career progression opportunities, • Supportive management and team environment, • Placement with CQC-compliant providers SAFER RECRUITMENT STATEMENT All roles are subject to safer recruitment checks, including Enhanced DBS, Right to Work verification, and references, in line with CQC and safeguarding requirements.
