This multi-accredited and high-profile contractor delivers large-scale clean and waste water capital programmes for Anglian Water and offers a strong pipeline of AMP8 works as well as excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are actively seeking a Temporary Works Coordinator to join their delivery team in Colchester. Your new roleAs a Temporary Works Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role on the Anglian Water contract, overseeing temporary works from initial planning through to completion. You'll take responsibility for all aspects of temporary works coordination, including: • Conducting Category 1, 2 and 3 checks for Anglian Water and subcontractor sites., • Supporting the development of Category 0 Standard Solutions across the water division., • Reviewing Anglian Water procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and best practice., • Delivering delegated activities from the C-DI, ensuring consistency in Workbook One (Appointments) and Workbook Two (Project Registers)., • Actively contributing to the Temporary Works Working Group, driving continuous improvement., • Preparing and checking a variety of temporary works designs, permits and third-party requirements., • Providing technical support and advice to Design and Delivery teams., • Undertaking temporary works audits in line with company quality procedures and BS5975:2024.
