You’ll be the go-to person for WMS support, troubleshooting issues, improving processes, and supporting projects – all while keeping business needs front and centre. What You'll be doing • Providing 1st and 2nd line support for our JDA Dispatcher system, • Running ad-hoc reports using Oracle PL-SQL, • Supporting the Stock Control team and ensuring SOPs are followed and issues resolved, • Assisting our Junior WMS Analyst with suspense management, • Helping Stock Control with claims, returns, unpicks, and picking issues, • Supporting Customer Operations by managing orders within the WMS, • Assisting the WMS Manager with various project development tasks, • Managing stock adjustments, returns, unpicks and BITS, • Monitoring warehouse tasks and performance, • Overseeing Pick Face management, • Running and distributing reports, analysing data where needed, • Tracking KPIs and sharing insights, • Working with the WMS Manager on solution design and system improvements What we're looking for • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive and collaborative mindset, • Ability to problem-solve, prioritise, and deliver under pressure without compromising quality, • Confident using MS Office (especially Excel), with experience in JDA and Oracle PL-SQL preferred, • Commercial awareness and a clear understanding of operational business drivers, • Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt, • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering results, • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, building strong cross-functional relationships
