Job Description CABVI is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk To assist the Accounts Receivable team with daily tasks such as billing, reviewing and sorting documentation, processing payments and coding remittances, and other various tasks in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities: • Manage the accounts receivable email inbox by responding, organizing and dispersing information as needed., • Spearhead the documentation retention and storage processes of orders to ensure that all appropriate forms have been accounted for in a timely manner. This includes packing lists, bill of ladings, proof of deliveries and invoices as needed., • Confirm that all documents pertaining to orders can be located and are correctly retained, as needed, by performing ongoing monthly selection reviews. Job Description CABVI is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist the Accounts Receivable team with routine, monthly and periodic billings, invoicing, collection procedures, and other various tasks in a timely manner. Responsibilities Include: • Complete daily SPS billing entries and ensure all information is accurate in a timely manner., • On a monthly basis, review past due invoices on aging schedule to ensure that they have been entered into SPS. If not found, perform the necessary steps to enter them and/or follow up on issues as needed., • Complete agency miscellaneous and recurring billings including invoicing for service contracts, business services, insurance balances, membership dues, waste removal, and any other agency billing needs., • Mail or email invoices as needed per customer and respond to customer requests for duplicate copies of documentation in a timely manner. Job DescriptionDescription: POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Finance is responsible for all aspects of the financial operations for the agency. Oversees accounting, budgetary, operational and programmatic support to all of the agency programs and activities. The Director of Finance directly oversees the finance/accounting staff and other designated operations such as maintenance and property management. The Director of Finance serves as an active member of the Executive Management Team helping to develop and implement the agency’s vision and mission. The Director of Finance will evaluate and provide recommendations for the financial performance of the organization, ensuring Kelberman has the financial resources necessary to achieve its goals in a fiscally responsible manner. Cash Management · Oversee weekly cash management and AP Department. · Approve large payables, sign checks, and authorize wires and ACHs. · Supervise Accounts Receivable management and provide guidance relating to the collection process.
