Administrative Support & Documentation * Maintain accurate records of billing activities in the practice management system. * Handle administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and organizing documents. * Manage all incoming and outbound billing-related mail and correspondence. * Support payer relations by documenting interactions, setting reminders, and helping with contract updates and organization. Process Improvement & Reporting * Identify trends or recurring issues in claims or billing processes and notify leadership. * Collaborate with the billing team to improve efficiency and resolve barriers to payment. Job DescriptionDescription: Position Overview The Academy Charter School Bilingual Administrative Assistant understands and promotes the school’s mission, vision, objectives, and policies both within and outside the immediate school community. The School's Bilingual Administrative Assistant plays a central role in ensuring an orderly, responsive, and open school. In addition to maintaining the school’s administrative systems and routines, the Bilingual Administrative Assistant functions as the primary contact person for all of the school’s constituents. In this role, the Bilingual Administrative Assistant must be able to communicate effectively with students, teachers, families, trustees, donors, and visitors.
