Job Description EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Location: New York, NY Our client, an international AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its premier Employment Litigation Practice in NY. This is an exceptional opportunity for a mid-level associate to handle complex employment disputes and provide strategic advice to leading clients in the financial services and asset management industries. Candidate Profile • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record, • Active Bar Admission in New York, in good standing, • 3-4 years of substantive employment litigation and counseling experience, • Experience litigating employment matters and advising on employment issues, including discrimination, retaliation, restrictive covenants, and executive employment agreements, • Experience with clients in the alternative asset management industry, including hedge funds and private equity funds, is strongly preferred, • Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills, • Demonstrated ability to interface directly with clients and deliver practical, business-focused advice, • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to superior client service Key Responsibilities • Manage and support complex employment litigation matters in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials, and participate in depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations, • Advise employers on workplace law issues, including compliance, investigations, risk management, and policy development, • Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to address employment issues arising in transactions or corporate governance matters, • Conduct in-depth legal research and provide guidance on evolving employment law trends and regulations Why Join Us?
