Compensation: $160,000 at plan Responsibilities: • Outbound calls to vacation property owners, • Convert prequalified leads into clients ready to buy or sell vacation or short-term rental homes, • Schedule and conduct listing and buyer consultations, • Follow up with all leads in a timely and professional manner, • Prospect absentee owners and identify potential investment opportunities, • Price, stage, and market listings to attract qualified buyers, • Network with short-term rental property owners and managers, • Manage your database and pipeline through consistent communication and follow-up, • Participate in team coaching, meetings, and accountability sessions to maintain growthQualifications:, • Must have a valid Real Estate License, • Coachable and motivated to learn to grow in the short-term rental market, • Strong sales or customer service background, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail, • Confident using CRM and marketing systems, • Ability to work collaboratively within a producing team, • Passion for real estate, investing, or vacation propertiesAbout Company As a team, Kindred Real Estate did over $54 million in gross sales in 2022.
