We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Summer Interns to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the industry. Job Summary: As a Summer Intern at Rensa Filtration, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that align with our company’s goals and provide hands-on learning experiences. Each intern will be assigned a manager at their specific place of work who will guide them, provide feedback, and ensure a valuable experience. You will connect with professionals across departments, attend team meetings, participate in cross-functional projects, and expand your network. At the end of the summer, you will have the chance to showcase what you’ve learned to the Rensa Senior Team through a brief presentation outlining your experiences and insights. Key Responsibilities: • You’llwork on real B2B marketing for a national manufacturing and filtration company—supporting campaigns, content, sales enablement, and market research., • Project/Task List, • Research target industries (data centers, OEMs, EV, Swine & Poultry, etc.) to inform marketing campaigns to support sales teams, • Competitive Research - understand how our competitors are targeting similar industries (e.g.OEMs, Data Centers). Gather their assets, materials, etc. for insights, and provide POVs on assessment and opportunities for Rensa., • Develop promotional content for campaigns and blog content forwebsite, • Draft first-pass LinkedIn posts for review, schedule approved posts, and provide reporting and insights onLinkedinperformance, • Use Canva to develop social media assets and other materials, • Populate content for our website usingContentful, • QA content & pages for grammar, layout, links, SEO hygiene, • Improve our website cross-linking to bolster SEOefforts -review content to cross-link to internal pages, • Using our tool Monday.com for Marketing Project Management - with updates, tasks etc., • Organize marketing assets (case studies, brochures, sell sheets etc.) in shared folders, • Collaborate with your assigned manager to receive guidance and feedback., • Connect with professionals across various departments to gain a broad understanding of the company., • Attend team meetings andparticipatein cross-functional projects., • Expand your professional network within the company., • Currently enrolled in aBachelor’s or Master’sdegree program in a relevant field, • Strong interest in the air filtration industry and a desire to learn., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Strong organizational and time management skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
