Additionally, CSRs actively engage in providing clients with informative guidance on basic pet care and available services, contributing to a comprehensive client education experience. Key Qualifications: • Problem Solving Abilities:, • As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a key role in ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. We are seeking an individual with exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate a variety of client situations and provide solutions that prioritize the well-being of our patients., • Adaptability:, • Quickly assess and adapt to unforeseen challenges in a veterinary environment. Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure accurate and timely communication. Schedule: • Schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts with weekend rotation. Shifts generally are 7:00am-6:00pm, although some opening and closing shifts will be necessary. A partial kennel shift will be required once a month.
