Job Description Position Overview The Digital Content & Design Coordinator plays a key role in developing, producing, and delivering high‑quality visual content that strengthens our brand and supports organizational goals. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, imaginative creator who enjoys working across mediums—from graphic design and video to social media. The coordinator will collaborate with internal teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and bring fresh ideas to life with a self‑starter mindset. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Visual Identity • Create compelling graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print channels, • Support the development and maintenance of brand identity, including logos, templates, and style guidelines, • Ensure all creative materials align with brand standards and visual consistency Video Production & Editing • Develop and edit short‑ and long‑form video content for marketing and social media, • Assist with storyboarding, scripting, and concept development for video projects, • Manage video assets, file organization, YouTube channel, and version control Social Media Content Creation • Design and schedule social media graphics, animations, and short videos, • Collaborate on content calendars and campaign concepts, • Monitor trends and propose creative ideas to increase engagement Project Coordination & Collaboration • Manage multiple creative requests, timelines, and deliverables, • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand project needs and translate them into creative solutions, • Maintain organized project files, assets, and documentation Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, communications, or a related field, • Experience in video editing (short and long form) for marketing or communication purposes, • Experience creating social media content, including short-form video, graphics, and animations, • Proficiency in Canva, Vyond, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or comparable tools, • Understanding of brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and layout design principles, • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects Preferred • Experience in health care, benefits administration, labor unions, or member service organizations, • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or email marketing platforms, • Basic photography skills, • Experience with motion graphics or animation, • Familiarity with analytics tools for social media performance Personal Attributes • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, • Creative thinker who enjoys problem‑solving and exploring new approaches, • Self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, • Strong communicator with a positive, solutions‑oriented mindset, • Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback
