We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team and inspire the next generation of learners. Job Summary: As a Preschool Teacher at Kinderworld Academy, you will create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere where young children can explore, learn, and grow. You will be responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons, guiding children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development, and providing a safe, welcoming space for them to thrive. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a curriculum that encourages creativity, exploration, and learning through play., • Create a warm, positive, and safe environment where children feel comfortable to express themselves., • Observe and assess children's progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual needs., • Foster social skills, including teamwork, sharing, and communication., • Promote early literacy, numeracy, and motor development through engaging activities., • Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress, behavior, and any concerns., • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom and school., • Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness., • Uphold all health, safety, and licensing requirements., • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)., • Valid Preschool Teacher certification (if applicable)., • Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting., • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education., • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills., • Passionate about working with young children and making a positive impact in their lives., • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment., • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications., • Paid time off and holidays., • Professional development opportunities.
