Job Description Overview Report to the Electrical Lead and play a hands-on role in assembling and wiring industrial control panels. You’ll partner closely with a lead panel builder to translate schematics into clean, accurate builds that meet project timelines. A day in the role • Start with a safety-first mindset before every task., • Review electrical schematics and component documentation with the lead panel builder to plan the day’s build., • Wire control panels precisely to drawings, checking labels, routing, and terminations for accuracy., • Collaborate continuously with the Electrical Lead to keep work on schedule and resolve questions quickly., • Verify each panel against schematics to ensure correctness and quality., • Maintain, clean, and organize hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and your work area., • Head to customer facilities when needed to assist with equipment installation and wiring; expect environments that can be hot, cold, or dirty., • Complete assigned tasks accurately within the allotted timeline; take on other duties as needed., • Actively support BCT’s Culture and Core Values. What you’ll bring, • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents., • Skilled with common panel-building tools: hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices., • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach., • Organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities., • Basic computer proficiency., • Knowledge of electrical wiring, panel building, and troubleshooting is a plus. Proficiencies, • Valid driver’s license, • Electrical troubleshooting skills, • Electrical repair capability, • Field service readiness, • High school diploma or GED Note: Responsibilities and priorities may evolve; management may assign additional tasks as needed.
