The successful candidate will identify suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, coordinate purchasing activities, and help ensure that products and materials are sourced efficiently and delivered according to requirements. Key Responsibilities * Identify and evaluate potential domestic and international suppliers. * Research products, suppliers, pricing, availability, and lead times. * Request, review, and compare supplier quotations. * Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and other purchasing conditions when appropriate. * Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation. * Coordinate with suppliers to monitor order status and delivery schedules. * Maintain accurate records of suppliers, quotations, orders, and purchasing activities. * Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding product specifications and requirements. * Resolve purchasing, delivery, and supplier-related issues. * Support cost-saving and supplier-development initiatives. * Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and customer requirements. * Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned. Qualifications * Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply-chain operations preferred. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to research products and suppliers independently. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and online procurement systems. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Experience with international procurement or industrial/oil & gas products is a plus.
