Dependent on the campaign, this also means live-transferring to our inside sales team and / or setting callbacks., • Properly use our CRM to efficiently call, notate, and disposition behavior and client responses. Qualifications • Native level English., • An excellent, friendly phone voice that both gives and commands respect with an emphasis on getting through gatekeepers., • An unyielding tenacity to get through thousands of phone calls weekly., • Intermediate+ level of computer fluency with a capacity to seamlessly integrate into our proprietary internal phone and contact management software.
